To use the pull-out bed, take off three couch cushions and pull out bed (more detailed directions under the chaise lounge cushion) Please use the mattress protector, sheets and pillows located in the hallway closet

The kitchen has all modern appliances to be able to cook any meal you may need

Feel free to use side-yard deck, it is shared with the tenants on the first floor To use the gas firepit Open door on the side of the fireplace, turn the propane knob on top counterclockwise to "Open" Proceed to push in the knob on the side of the fireplace to "Light" and click the starter. If the fireplace does not light, try lighting with a grill lighter that is located in kitchen peninsula drawer If the fireplace still doesn't light, check the propane tank, if it is empty there is an additional in the garage When finished, turn to the off position and turn the propane tank to 'closed'
Puzzle, Trivia game, Dominos, Go Fish, Never Have I Ever and playing cards are located in the TV stand
Fire Extinguisher is located underneath the kitchen sink 2 Combo CO/Smoke Detectors (kitchen/hallway) 1 Minut Noise detector (living room) - simply measure dB volume, does not record Other Information: There is one Thermostat located in the hallway across from the bathroom
We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!
Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you be liable to pay a $250 smoke ozone treatment
You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay
If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP – it will help us address any issues quickly.

Place all trash in trash receptacles located outside
Please do not move furniture – it will damage our beautiful floors
There are two bikes, along with a tandem bike in the garage Feel free to use the air pump if the tires are low and the bike helmets
Inflatable paddleboard, please deflate and put in bag after using Longboard one the garage wall

They are not responsible for any additional messiness or damage incurred during your stay.
Linens – Leave as is, our cleaners will take care of them!
Please leave the mattress protector on the bed
If you used the pull-out bed, please leave the used linens on the carpet
Towels – please place all used towels and washcloths piled on the bathroom floor
Check all drawers and closets for personal items – don’t forget your chargers!
Ensure the outdoor fireplace is OFF and the propane is turned to the ‘closed’ position and cover is on
Ensure the back doors (leading to the patio) are locked
For April-September, please set the Thermostats to Cool 72
For October-March, please set the Thermostats to Heat 65
Check the refrigerator and pantry for any perishables and throw them away
Take out all trash to the trash and recycling bins on the west side of the house
Please clean up after yourself and put everything away that you used during your stay (kitchen supplies, pull out bed, games, pool table items etc.)
Place TV remote on the coffee table – logout of all apps that you put your personal information into
Load all dishes into the dishwasher and start the load.
Hand wash any remaining dishes.
Ensure all lights are off and ALL doors are closed and LOCKED.
Ensure garage door is closed, side garage door is locked and bike/paddleboard/longboard/helmets are placed where you found them
