Space

Main floor An open, comfortable layout filled ample natural light, welcomes you in. Adorned with custom, high-end finishes, no detail has been overlooked. The living area has been thoughtfully designed and is a haven for relaxation. It is complete with luxury furniture and a fireplace to provide a cozy ambiance. An extension of the living area, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and invites you to cook or enjoy takeout from the local eateries. Enjoy a productive work day in the office just behind the custom floor to ceiling walnut doors. Upper floor The home boasts spacious and inviting bedrooms, each furnished with comfort in mind. The primary suite is a retreat in itself, featuring a plush king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Pamper your senses with a bath or wash off your adventures in the overhead rain shower and body shower system. The additional bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms and offer flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Basement floor Park both of your cars in the heated garage and enter directly into the basement living room to relax after exploring the city! An additional bedroom and full bathroom, along with a wet bar complete the basement floor. Outdoor/Rooftop: Step outside to the private backyard oasis, perfect for enjoying Minnesota's beautiful seasons. Whether you're grilling or running around with the kids, there is plenty of space for all to enjoy. The rooftop is a great place to read a book on the comfy lounge chairs, or admire the view of the neighborhood. Location: Nestled in the trendy neighborhood of Linden Hills, you'll find yourself within walking distance of local shops, cafes, and parks. Explore Lake Harriet or take an easy walk to the nearby boutiques along 50th and France. This is the perfect base for experiencing the vibrant culture and charm of Minneapolis. We require a completion of a check-in form and rental agreement prior to the check-in. • No smoking inside of the home. • No pets allowed. • Parties or events not allowed, unless approved by the host. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. House Rules

We hope that you are excited for your stay! Please take a few minutes to review the below house rules. This is an important step to ensure you have a wonderful stay! General: We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests! Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. Absolutely NO pets allowed. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests. Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY. No grease in the sink! No Parties: This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests. A noise detector is installed in the living room to alert us if a party is taking place. I will give 1 warning, but will ask you to leave and not refund your stay if it happens a 2nd time. Check-in Form and Rental Agreement must be completed prior to arrival. Trash (What to do with trash bags that are full): Place all trash/recycling in the bins in the garage or just outside of the garage Furniture: Please do not move furniture Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible. Have a wonderful stay!
