Our Story

DayAway Vacation Rentals was founded by Marvin Wensman in 2023.

Leading up to 2023 his professional experience was in the commercial real estate industry, with positions in development, acquisitions, and brokerage. These positions solidified his love for real estate and led him to investing and managing short-term rentals.

Through his career and various travel experiences, he has gained an understanding of what hosts need to run a success business and what guests need to create unforgettable memories.

How Much Can You Earn?

There is no way to know what it will cost to design and furnish the property at this point. Please schedule a call with our time to discuss our process and set-up a time to walk the property.

We repair and maintain the property promptly whenever an issue occurs. Our guests must provide ID, sign a rental agreement term, and make a security deposit for each stay. Any damages are charged to the guest’s deposit, and we will refer you to our insurance connections to make sure you have the proper coverage.
