A new queen-sized bed awaits you, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the queen-sized pull-out sofa promises additional comfort. Please note that while our cottage sits just behind the main house, your privacy is paramount, and you’ll still enjoy stunning vistas of the lake.

The cottage is 6 miles from Perham, 25 minutes from Detroit Lakes. My favorite pizza place Big Pine Lodge, a 10 minute boat ride away.
There will be a lock box or the owner will meet you prior to entering the guesthouse

We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!
Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants.
Absolutely NO pets allowed.
You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay
If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP – it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests.
Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY.
No grease in the sink.
No Parties:
This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests.
If noise compliants arise from neighbors, guest will be given 1 warning. Upon the 2nd noise complaint the guest may be asked to leave based on the host’s judgement, this will not include a refund for the stay.

Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible.
